Los Rios has owned a building on the corner of Tribute Avenue and Exposition Avenue since 2012, originally intended to serve as a replacement facility to the Workforce and Economic Development Center, it has since been left in a state of disrepair as the Los Rios Community College Board of Trustees determines the ultimate use for the building.
