Usamah Hammour is in his first semester writing for the Current. He is disabled and currently majoring in journalism, though he has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering which he obtained in 1974. He is now in his eighth semester and would like to transfer to Sacramento State University next year to continue on with his career as an opinion article writer.
