Olesya is originally from Ukraine and has been living here for eight years. Now she is a student of American River College, majoring in Journalism. Sytnyk has work experience as a journalist for a Russian-American newspaper and online media. She was a scene writer during previous semesters. This spring, she is also a staff writer for the Scene section.
