Nine student discounts to help you stay entertained on a budget
Here are some of the most popular streaming services and shopping sites that provide students with full access at an affordable rate
Television shows like “How I Met Your Mother” and “Bob’s Burgers” are perfect to binge watch when you have free time. Listening to the newest Taylor Swift song or the best pop album while studying can relieve the anxiety of school work. However, the cost of college can take a toll on a student’s ability to keep entertainment in their budget.
Entertainment seems to be one of the best ways for college students to socialize and ease stress or anxiety. Students may be working part-time or full-time jobs while having to pay rent or deal with other situations that can put stress on the student financially and mentally.
Because they need to pay for things like groceries, gas, and taxes, many students can’t afford to sign up for the most popular streaming apps or TV providers. It can be upsetting when wanting to watch the latest trending movie or listen to the newest album.
Nevertheless, many apps or companies have discounts for college students specifically. Here are nine discounted resources to provide students with everyday needs and wants.
