A vehicle burglary was committed in the American River College parking lot around 2 p.m. Friday, according to the Los Rios Police Department crime log.
The crime log states that the suspect was brandishing a deadly weapon, which was listed as not being a firearm.
The crime took place in parking lot A, which is near the science department.
