At the most recent arraignment hearing for rape suspect Kenneth Anderson, who is accused of violently beating and raping his Subway co-worker, he talked briefly with his criminal defense lawyer Linda Parisi, before she asked the judge for more time.
During his most recent appearance Anderson was shackled at the waist while wearing his orange jumpsuit. It was announced that at the next scheduled hearing there might be some additional information revealed from discovery.
Anderson’s next appearance is scheduled for May 9 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 61 of the Lorenzo Pitino Hall of Justice, located at the Sacramento County Main Jail.
