Kenneth Anderson was arraigned on three felony charges at the Lorenzo Patino Hall of Justice in Sacramento stemming from the brutal early morning attack of his co-worker at a Subway restaurant on March 25.
Anderson was being held on $1 million bail after his arrest on March 27.
His bail amount was increased to $5 million after his arraignment this afternoon.
The three charges brought against Anderson are “Prevent/Dissuade victim/witness from making report, Robbery, and Penetration by foreign object by means of force or fear,” according to the Sacramento Sheriff’s Department.
Anderson’s next court appearance is scheduled for April 8 at 8:30 a.m.
